Lately I have such an itchy scalp. Could this be Lyme related? I itch other places too, but my scalp is the worse.

Scalp itching may be fungal. If so, a few drops of Tea tree oil, a drop or two of peppermint oil, plus a little coconut oil mixed together and massaged on your scalp - let the mix sit for an hour prior to showering - may help.
Also may be allergy-related - check shampoo and any other skin care products, laundry soap, dryer sheets for perfumes, sulfates, and other additives. Might try switching to "free and clear" laundry soap & dryer sheets to see if that helps any. Try castille soap for washing your body and hair and see if that helps.
