Does anyone know if psyllium feeds yeast? I am trying to get over candida and I've heard it helps get rid of it, but I'm not sure.

Metamucil might, but it's not the psyllium, it's likely the added dextrose. Pure psyllium is not something that feeds yeast.

There is a product called Tru Fiber which is a great source of fiber and it also promotes probiotic growth. It is great when used with Theralac, etc.
