Hello All,
I am wondering...I "think" me AND my daughter have lyme or something so similar it would be unbelieveable. We got an initial dx prescription for 10 days. A blessing happened this week and we got another one fron another doctor for 20 more days. YAY!

At any rate, my question is...every few days or so I get a creepy crawly yucky feeling like something is crawling on me...all over, hair included. Is this a lyme disease symptom?????

Also, what exactly is herxing (sp)...what does it make you do???

Well...it is not "numbness"...not fever, chills, headache...it feels EXACTLY like something is crawling on me...and there I am scratching and jumping and looking and swiping...just like some kind of dope fiend crazy person walking down the street talking to myself...THIS IS MADNESS!

I had an awful crawling feeling. Very much like what you describe. I was constantly swatting at my legs, and arms. I had the sensation all over my body, and in my ears. It was maddening. Lots of itching and digging. When I treated Bart with Cipro, these symptoms subsided big time. They still come back to vivit, but no where near as intense. Bart isn't gone yet, so who knows.

Cannot say what the cause is, but I calmed down a lot when I started treating Bart.
