Im feeling terrible today woke up feeling bad as the day progressed started having these chest pains that didnt seem to get much better.

Then started getting these episodes of near syncope along with a whole array of other not so fun feelings.

Has anyone ever had chest pain while herxing or should i be concerned??

I've had weird heart symptoms while herxing.

Chest pain always needs to be paid attention to.

i've also had chest discomfort,
during herx. only once when waking up.
Generally my herx's start around 7 pm and hit a high at 11pm.. either it breaks, or i am up all night. pacing it out in the quiet of the night and early morning.
I have been taking some alka selzer, it seems to make my herx's lighter, and shorter.

i heard from an ER nurse more heart attacks occur at wake up.
and back pain would be a added symptom.
if you have had past health issues inwhich a heart problem may follow, blood pressure, arteries, injuries, stress, it all adds up and you should pay attention with a follow up dr. visit or Go to ER, that's what they do, help folks that feel life threating symptoms.
esp. if you have the means to pay, they will take you even if you can't
DDEC2, praying for relief and healing, hope you rest well tonight.

when my symptoms first began they began with ALOT of chest pain and respiratory issues.

Tons of testing determined my heart was fine, havent experienced chest pain in quite a few months which is why out the blue it seems bothersome.

I also am being treated for a Cpn co-infection while at the same time as the lyme so maybe a die off from that could be causing the chest discomfort.

I dont know but if it continues i will defiantly seek medical attention.

I get quite a bit of chest pain with die-off. It sometimes comes with heart palpatations but not always.

I also had the whole work-up of tests done to make sure heart and lungs where fine.

Alka-seltzer Gold really seems to help. I also tested positive for mycoplasm pneumonia which I believe is a fairly common co-infection. Treating that did wonders for the chest pain.

I had alot of chest pain and heart symptoms with Bart... lasted over 10 years... another common symptoms was GI... always went hand in hand. Almost all tests were negative so they would usually send me home.

I remember being where you are.. it was awful.. would leave me drained afterwards and took a long time to recover. Thankfully I haven't had this in almost a year and praying it doesn't happen again.

I think you should consider bart as a possible cause..

I started having more chest pains, shortness of breath, and lightheadedness when I starting taking antibiotics. The "stabbing" pains all over my body also greatly increased in frequency and intensity.

Ahh.. good combo. ceftin also hits bart... could very well be a herx.. You may want to include Flagyl after a while to go after the cyst form.
