So ii finally raised my dose of zithromax to 500mg on saturday night.. im having alot of pressure in my head that i havent felt in a long time & pain in my legs & back.. Is this a good thing?.. I'm also getting alot of dry mouth like im alwasys thirsty.. could this be from Diflucan?

could be herx, i was taking the same amount of zith (250mg twice a day) and developed ear pain and ear ringing which can cause permanent hearing loss so i would look out for that more than anything, i was taking it for 2 months when i had to stop...so just be careful

yea i also have been getting ear pain but i was assuming it was a herx
