Fairly accurate, groovy? I guess you are right.

We could and will chew them up and spit them out with the truth on some issues they spoke of.

Babs is under my magnifying glass and has been for last several months. I didn't think I had babs but I do know I had many sx back in '99-'01.

Maybe they have been buried under super lyme or bart who has been in control for a few years or maybe a more recent bite has brought it to the front again.

Tonight in Louisville everyone that knows me and people that have just heard of me will be watching or recording "Under Our Skin".

So they will hear that babesia word again tonight.

I'm building my army. It takes more than one to help with the fight. I know the people I love and are friends....they will offer to do their part to teach and will offer their ability to get voices out there.

TBTG!

Still, believe me there is a political something going on. I just hate when we are being lied to.

I bet Yalie boy had to read the NY paper yesterday to see what he had to cover in order for the left side would know what the right side was saying.

I haven't read the NY story. Six made reference about NY doing the story. I need to go read it.

I wonder if they interviewed anyone with half a brain for that story?

There is a reason and we just happen to be a pretty sharp group of angry Lyme disease & co patients that have had enough of the lies or should I call it the cover up that's been going on since I entered this nightmare in '99.

Hold your pants up Tutu! Don't embarass us dropping your drawers. [lol] [lol]

Thank you Jay for posting the url. Well it sure didn't surprise me that the worm had be questioned.

I'm so glad babs only last 6 mths. Aren't you guys happy to know that. Sounds like it easy street to me.

That sx list is a joke too. But I did find one thing interesting for myself since I've been worried that my heart and kidneys are ill now too. But why should I be concerned?

After all 6 mths is easy waiting for my immune system to take care of babesia. I hope my immune system is taking care of my heart and kidneys too. They are an important part of my well being.

For those of you that don't know my writing style and my fight with this illness.....I'm ticked off about the way this NY article is written too.

TBTG, it's been mentioned. But I live in KY and I'm sure I needn't worry about babesia here, per the writing of this NY reporter and sources that were quoted.

FDA, interesting? What's up old timers?????

Babesia is becoming a concern because it is infecting the blood supply, and causing deaths.

I think since it goes hand in hand with lyme, it may be a way for the IDSA to address lyme without losing face.

Never underestimate the power of Lawsuits over tainted blood

I agree to that!

The IDSA ducks don't even know how to pronounce "babesiosis"... nerds.

Long story, but when I had trouble with the hospital I told them I was treating babesiosis, not "lyme". I am glad this is now recognized to be serious when undiagnosed and untreated. The doctors at that hospital misdiagnosed me 6 times.

The insult to injury is that they misdiagnosed me again with a heart attack when I had indigestion from Mepron. As I had just tested positive for babesia I hope they feel partly responsible and drop the outrageous ER bill (over $14,000).

As borellia suppresses the immune system, and I also tested positive for that, I hope it gives some credibility to the fact that what they did could have killed me. More than likely, it won't but I can use that article to push my argument.
