I am taking Nutramedix Enula, Burbur, Banderol, Cumanda, Agrasept-L,Houttuynia and samento.

Problem I have is some can't be combined and I don't have enough time in the morning to separate them all. So I am worried if I take some to work and take them there since they hsould be kept out of light.

I also see two of them say to take 30 minutes before a meal. Does that mean on an empty stomach? I take those in the middle of the night because that is the only time my stomach is empty since I eat every 2 hours!

I've had my brain spinning before over this too. Somedays I feel like if I see another pill I'm going to puke! But I know they keep me moving [Smile]

I'm not familiar with those supplements so I can't offer advice, sorry [Frown] Just wanted to say I know how you feel!

Store the bottles in a paper bag or box, that should protect them from light, then you can take them wherever you need.

OK, thanks! I thought the same thing. I will try to space out that one meal to about 2 1/2 hours so I can take the Banderol 30 m inutes before the next meal in the evening. My morning doses, I just take in the early AM hours when I wake to use the bathroom.

Why do people ask if I am for real asking this question? Yes, I for real want to know! LOL.

Thanks.

Maybe they can't believe you eat every two hours. I had trouble going two hours between snacks to get an empty stomach for meds when I was sick. Now I no longer eat as often because I no longer need as much food in a day.

I am a natural bodybuilder and have always found it best for my weight and general health and fitness to eat small meals/snacks through out the day rather than large meals. So, that amounts to me eating about every 2-3 hours.

Two herbs, Banderol and Cumanda can not be taken together and must be 30 minutes before a meal so doing it upon waking has been difficult because I have about 1 hour to get myself and daughter ready for the day...plus squeeze breakfast into the last 15 minutes before leaving, LOL. So, I started taking those in the middle of the night on an empty stomach. I just leave em in the bathroom near a glass of water so I can do it quickly and get back to bed.

Then I make sure I haven't eaten about 2 1/2 hours before dinner and take those again at that time.

The others I just stagger in the morning 15-20 minutes apart and again in the evening. Luckily about 3 of the herbs can all be mixed together!

Still not sure if I can take my Agrasept-L with any of these herbs. It is grape seed extract.

Yes, I do the small meals, too. And I probably eat five times a day. I teach pilates, and in the beginning I couldn't teach three hours without having a snack, now I can. I still eat a ton, but I was eating probably 4000 calories a day when I was sick .... too much for me now.

I'm glad you've figured it out. I don't know about the grape seed extract and what it can be taken with. Dr. C has a Facebook page and answers questions when people post them on his page.
