Has any1 taken Lamictal for pain relief? I took it for about 6 weeks and took myself off of it.It made me feel like a zombie and so drugged.I even had trouble with my speech.

How much were you on. I' was taking it fir anxiety and mood stabilizer. I'm weaning off now almost off but was at 150, on it for just about 3 mos. Gradually went up to 150. Not scared, but takin luvox for OCD, feel just nothing. How much were you on? It has different uses.

I've never heard of taking Lamictal for pain. I was on it for a mood disorder, but had a reaction to it and had to change meds. It is normally used for mood, and bipolar disorder.

It did make me feel slightly drugged, but that faded the longer I was on it.
