So I was having a couple drinks at the bar, and noticed my knees were a little sore. A couple hours later I come home and realize my left knee is completely numb.
Feels like I got a novicane shot or whatever it is that the dentist gives you. I keep poking it and feel absolutely nothing. It's weird because I'm currently on IVIG, which is the treatment for this type of thing. I've never had any type of neuropathy or numbness before though.
I contacted the IVIG people and they said this is not a side effect, especially since my last infusion was about a week ago. Anyone have any ideas?? It's still completely numb now.

I have peripheral neuropathy but mine did not come on suddenly. It was gradual started from the foot now up to my knee. It has been that way for 15 months.
