My cousin has had these showing up on her hands/fingers for years now, from what I understand.

She's got several symptoms that sound like Lyme and other tick borne diseases. She's been tested for RMSF and Lyme - both times it was negative. I don't know the tests they gave her but I'm sure it was the typical ones that most MD's do.

Anyway, I'm doing my best to help her along in this process of figuring out what is going on.

I'm curious if anyone has seen bumps/rashes like these and if they are a symptom of any tick borne disease.

Hand, foot, and mouth? Doesn't look like shingles, dermatitis, eczema, or anything else that I'm familiar with.

Are they raised, like blisters, or is it just reddened skin? Are the capillaries very visible under the skin?

Sadly, I have three spots on my fingers that look VERY similar but I have NOT been able to find out what they are. If you do get a diagnosis at any time, I would love to hear about it.

I am being treated for Lyme, Bartonella and Babesia and have been for the last 4 years and 8 months. Is it related? Hard to say.

My LLMD said it COULD be a form of Bartonella but if so, I still haven't been able to get rid of them yet although they have been known to be worse at some times more than others.

I have seen two Dermotologists and they have only been able to tell me what it is NOT. Not what it is. Soooo...the mystery is still out there.

I would love to hear from others that have a direction to persue for something like this.

I get those when I parasite cleanse. Filarial worms are a co-infection of Lyme. I just finished my fourth round of parasite treatment, and I had no symptoms this time.

www.curezone.com has several active parasite forums.

My son has gotten these red spots on his fingers and palms on both hands. It occurred right after beginning rifampin and they recently reappeared during what we think was a herx. His llmd says it's Lyme since it's only on the palm side of his hands. He also had it recently occur on his toe on the sole side. Our llmd says Lyme spirochetes, like sphyillis, like the skin and have distinct rashes on the palms and soles only. However we are also testing to rule out rmsf.
