Hi all, I have been on byron white al complex for about 9 weeks. Previously have been on a bab since last fall. My LLMD says that abab has 20% efficacy against Lyme.
I have been getting better by the day but I am not sure that it is directly attributed to AL complex as the results that I have had is a continued curve of recovery without any aggravated response.
My theory is that either abab had beat lyme down or my immune system has kicked back in and my body is healing itself.
I am currently doing 30 drops a day of both abab and AL complex.
My question is what have been your experiences with this formula?

hey. I started AL complex a couple weeks ago. I got up to 11 drops twice a day in 11 days. My symptoms flared big time so I took a couple days off and restarted today all over. Symptoms haven't improved.

A-L Complex seems very potent for me. I managed to get up to 1 drop a day, then my back caved in. Now back down to 1/2 drop every 3 days. I am due to review it again with my LLMD in the next couple of weeks. But my husband is on 10drops A-L complex daily with no problems, so it seems very variable in its effect- all depends on the person it seems.
