As opposed to the big guns like Flagyl? Would be interesting if there were some sort of study showing that not all roads must lead to Flagyl. j

I can't really answer the question, but I do know that the GSE does SOMETHING.
My daughter has not been able to handle flagyl OR Tindamax. I started her on the GSE along with her IV Rocephin. She can tell a big difference in her herxs when she takes the GSE.

No, her herxs are worse so that tells me that the GSE actually breaks open the cysts. I can't think of any other reason why her herxes would be stronger.

I too am on GSE twice a day-- the big guns give me neuropathy very quickly. I am definitely herxing! So I feel like it is working and I do not think my doc would give me something that would not work. We will see
