OK so 1st Bicillin shot on Sunday and yesterday hubby felt just worse, it's hard to explain but just in general overall feeling bad, more pain, more tired, etc. but nothing very specific.

That was day 4, could that have been a herx reaction?

in my experience, increase in pain and fatigue is a bicillin herx. The herxing lasts a long time on bicillin, so hang in there

My herxes were similar to what your husband describes-- I only had one horrible one and that was after the first shot. Believe it or not, I am herxing worse to Augmentin oral.
