Has anyone here been diagnosed with this? Also, before or after you found out you had Lyme Disease?

Yes, Lyme can cause symptoms and bloodtest results that would be interpreted by a Rheumatologist as Sjogren's. If the Lyme came first, treating the Lyme may reduce or eliminate symptoms and reduce or eliminate blood test evidence of Sjogren's.
I have chronic dry mucus membranes, but Lyme treatment seems to improve this for me. YMMV.
