I started A-L and A-bart 2 weeks ago.

I ramped up pretty quickly increasing a drop a day and got to 11 drops twice a day of each. I started noticing my cognitive impairment significantly increase after a couple drops but it was never too bad. I kept going up, then at 11 drops it was just unbearable so I decreased to 7 drops. Symptoms remained flared so I decreased to 6, then 5, and now I'm at 4 drops twice a day and the cognitive impairment is still exacerbated.

Should I just stop for a few days and start over at a slower pace when the flare/herx goes away? I don't remember what dose I did when I didn't notice any flare. Or should I continue taking them at a low dose until the flare resolves?

I would stop for a few days and start over going at a much slower pace. Do you have any Sydetox or Glutathione?

These would help with detox and help resolve the herx symptoms. Parsley drops would help too. Drink lots of lemon water as well.

I had to start these at a half a drop... They are quite potent.

I am doing A-Bart,Babs and AV antiviral. These are very strong. I have been doing A-Bart and A-Babs since Dec and still unable to go over 13 drops 2 X a day. Glutathione is helping as is coffee enemas, binders and far-infrared sauna.

Also I have had to drop down on amounts quite a few times. Be sure to read all the info on http://www.bioresourceinc.com

Pekana homeopathic for Lymph.Live and kidney is helping also. The best though for me is Allergy Research Acetyl-Glutathione. Take care and go slow. I would back down to 1 drop and rap up slow. Byron says it takes 3 days after u back down to feel a difference but for me 1 day has helped.

Unsure gave you some good advice. [Smile]

Santa Cruz, did you have any type of herx from the AV formula? I just received it and was surprised that it needs to be ramped up slowly as the are formulas are.

I am starting it in a few days. Thanks!

I ramped up 1 drop each week for 5 weeks. At 5 drops I flared so I stayed there. I took a short break for a while and now Im up to 7 drops. The goal is 15 drops twice a day but its important to go slowly.

I just got A bart at my appt today. My doc told me to just stay at one drop 2x day until my next appt. But that is in August! Seems others are going quicker than that.
