I've been having female issues for a few months, and just now started having bad cramps.

I had a sonogram today and have 2 very large ovarian cysts. One is an "endometrial" cyst that will not go away on its own.

I'm going to have surgery next week to remove both of them.

Have any of you had laproscopic surgery to remove an ovarian cyst? What was your recovery like? I am so worried to have this surgery during my lyme treatment!

I would appreciate any feedback.

Oh no! So sorry you are going through this predicament. I have no experience with ovarian cysts.

Can you research if there is any alternative treatment you can do for it rather than surgery?
If it were me I would only have the surgery as a last last resort.

I did just have emergency abdominal laproscopic surgery( nearing the end of my lyme treatment)
While I felt strong after the surgery, after three months I am still not back on track.

The verdict is an overwhelmed liver and I just can't seem to detox as well as before.

So if you do go through with the surgery I would suggest you do everything possible for your liver, castor oil packs, dandelion tea, as much liver support as you can. The general anasthetic is really brutal on the body.

You didn't say where you are in your lyme treatment. Are you able to put off the surgery until you are stronger?
