I've been angry for no reason lately, and wrote/said things (but fortunately haven't done!) that I regretfully didn't mean. It's been like this for 1-2 weeks now and looks it's pretty much going away. What was it like for you if you had this? And what did you take? I hope it's the same time I'm on Clindamycin and Bactrim DS, and I take some neuro supplements (Lecithin, some neuro optimiser product, and NeuroZym.)

Me too. Just had this yesterday. My family wouldn't even come near me. I am on ceftin, art and flagyl. I was also abit hyper and complaining about everything. I think it was a full moon and wondered if that had anything to do with it.

Goes along with neurotransmitter imbalance.

Mania/hyper - lecithin - space out doses
Depression - EPA (OmegaBrite)

Doubt? "Google" these words: lecithin mania

Lecithin is a 2 edge sword. We need it and so does Bb. But the same is true of MANY nutrients. Bb robs us of MANY of our essential nutrients.

I am herxing from adding Ceftin to my Rifampin and Zith. I have had the Lyme rage and fatigue as a herx since last Saturday. I had this a year ago, early on in treatment so I know exactly what I'm dealing with except this time I can tell my friends and family to watch out and apologize ahead of time.

Is it beneficial to be taking these neuro supplements to begin with while taking antibiotics? Because it seems neither are any longer effective and may actually be doing me more harm than good. I've already been on Bactrim DS and Clindamycin for 2 months already with little to no results.

Here are the ones I take:
-2Tbsp. Flax seed
-4xJarrow Formula's Neuro Optimiser
-200mcg/2x Huperzine A
-2xNew Chapter's Neurozyme
-1-2Tbsp. Non-GMO Lecithin
