My daughter, due to lyme and strep, is on:

Body biotics probiotics -- big, capsule
Florastor -- big, capsule
Nutrient 950 multi's -- big, capsule
Vitamin D -- small, capsule
L-glutathione (just added for leaky gut)--powder added to water, no taste
(1) antibiotic -- medium, pill

Also, gluten & dairy free. Will slowly reintroduce at end of treatment to see if sensitivity has been eliminated.

The one supplement we have consistently been told to use for our children throughout treatment is a good quality fish oil.Thorne Super EPA is a capsule which claims low pesticides/ heavy metal toxicity. For our youngest we use a liquid product BioCare Omegaberry but I think this is only available in the UK.
