Fuel: I tried LDN in April of 2010. It made me feel elderly. I was working full time and couldn't handle the achey hands and fatigue.
What dose are you starting with?
I have a refill and plan on starting it soon maybe even tonight. I will start at 1/3 the recommended dose.
There is a yahoo forum dedicated to LDN. I have some info that I will send you to your home email.
There have been other posts talking about LDN, not sure if you have checked into the old stuff.
My understanding is that people get in trouble when they do not start very, very slowly. I was guilty of trying to get it going too fast.

Ive been on LDN for 3 months now, started around 2 mg the first week and upped it to 4.5 the next week. I felt so bad to begin with that I didnt notice any worsening except for I seemed more tired. That could be due to the LDN causing an interruption in your sleep pattern.
I think it was around 3 weeks into it I started to tell a difference and feel better, more energy etc.

I tried LDN a year ago. Started at 2mg/day. I had a flare in symptoms and in the first month's use, had a significant and debilitating increase in my migraine pain. I stopped the LDN and the flares calmed down.
Tried LDN again 2 weeks ago. Again at 2mg. I lasted 13 days. I have not been out of bed for the last 4 days due to severe migraines and fatigue. Huge increase in night sweats, tremors, twitches, etc.
I want to say it was modulating my immune system and if I just "toughed it out" I would start to feel better and benefit from the LDN. However, I just can't seem to tolerate it. I was trying to detox like crazy- lemon water, glutathione, detox baths, Sydetox, Pekana, you name it. My body just seems to hate LDN.
Good luck and hope it helps you!! MB
