I'm doing everything you listed but lemon water. I'm also taking spirulina and Cholestyramine (CSM). I've seen mixed reviews for Cholestyramine, but my own experience has been very positive. I experienced significant improvement the day after I started taking it.

Tks. The protein drink I have has Spirulina in it. Never heard of Cholestyramine will ck in out ..

Binders made a big difference for me, apple pectin, and activated charcoal. I use activated charcoal during a herx, and apple pectin the rest of the time. I take them when I get up in the night to use the bathroom, and I'll take them in the afternoon, well in-between my abx doses. I take up to 16 activated charcoal tablets and 10 apple pectin capsules. Activated charcoal can pull out vitamins and minerals so that is why I don't use it all of the time.
