Hi all, My new LLMD has me on Triple Malic Acid to help me chelate Aluminum. Anyone have releif from metals using this? I'm really hoping it might give me releif from my unresponsive constipation, since I'm sure the ridiculously high level of Al I have is contributing to it.

Anyways....anyone take it, and have change in symptoms?

My aluminum was high as well many moons ago. I took malic acid as well and it did bring my levels down.

Malic acid however did not help my constipation. I still take the oxide form of Mg for that in high doses.

Try high doses of Mg and Vitamin C for the constipation. Also aloe capsules or liquid.

Yea I have-- when I say "unresponsive" I mean my Dr says hes never seen anything like it. Magneisum and C wont do a thing even at very high levels. Hopefully with the metal clearing it will help out a bit.

Malic acid and mg just gave me energy when I took it.

Drinking mangosteen juice for me stops constipation.

I take magnesium citrate and it has malic acid in it. It supports the kidneys and ATP production.

Not sure about aluminum
