How many have MCS if so have you found anything that helps? Mine are so bad its hard for me to leave the house.

Also what are your MCS symptoms? Mine are nausea, off balance, head pressure, headache, blurry vision, horrible fatigue, anxiety/depression, crying etc. These vary and so many times put me to bed for days.

Have found nothing that helps.

Tks.

I believe I read in the Gerson Therapy book about it helping MCS. Gerson therapy involves a huge amount of detoxing the body, along with some other concepts... It involves coffee enemas, juicing etc. My husband deals with MCS issues too.

Hi - I recently had a breakthrough in my MCS symptoms - I detoxed for 6 months on a far infrared biomat, sweating on it once a week for an hour, and showering off afterwards right away.

In the last month, suddenly I could start to handle smells again, like bleach, perfume, cologne, and just starting to be able to touch chemicalized items - will need more detoxing to handle that.

But at least it has shown me that it is possible to sweat the toxic load out through the skin.

There's portable FIR tents and lie-down units and biomats and large FIR cabinets you can sit in.

You need to be able to handle heat to do this. I do fine with heat.

Also check methylation - methylation creates glutathione and glutathione is one of the primary methods the body uses to detox all sorts of things, including alcohols/aldehydes, ammonia, sulfur/sulfites, histamines, purines, xanthines, etc.

Yes detox detox detox and stay away from things you can and Thst are huge responders just had to move away from home and already so amazed and glad ad I had felt better sway from home before but had not put it together or get it together

I have the infared dome and mat andvi do the same as robin. For at home treatment is one of manta detox methods.
There is a detox sport thread on this site if you do a search. I started it so u can use my name to search too

Detox can change so many things in the path to cure this illness do not believe u can not change your own body. You can !
