I'm currently treating for lyme, babesia and bartonella with Malarone, Clindamycin and Bactrim. I am very sensitive to these meds and can only take 1/2 of the malarone tablet twice a day and 1/2 of the Bactrim twice a day.
I would like to try the Beyond Balance MC Bar-1, as I hear it is a more gentle treatment, which would give me more coverage with my Bartonella, since I sometimes still have symptoms of this. Since I ordered this without a physician (my LLMD does not use it), I would like to know how the dosing goes. I know you have to ramp up slowly but what would be the starting dose and what is the max? It comes in liquid form, so I guess I would like to know how many drops I should start with?

so I have a handout that my daughters LLMD gave me with the drops. It's called the McCamish Protocol. It says-
*2 to 3 drops 3x a day of desires extracts.
*work up to 6 to 7 drops 3x a day over 4 week period of desired extracts.
*continue to ramp up drops to 10 to 13 drops 3x a day over next 4 week period.
*Protocol should continue to be increased by 3 to 4 drops on a monthly basis per extract not to exceed 30 drops per extract at the end of 6 to 8 month protocol. Follow up with Immune Restore to prevent re-infection at 25 drops 3x a day.
There is a number to call on this handout. 707-794-0466.
Also my daughters LLMD told me I only needed to give it 2x a day and not 3. And since my daughter is only 5, not to exceed 10 drops 2x a day. Hope it helps a little.
