Has anyone found any herb or anything at all that can ease the brain fog? I was told Lemon Juice with Alka Setlzer. This brain fog is driving me up a wall!!!

I was getting some relief from RNA... I was using the standard process brand but you have to get that through a practitioner.

I started using Life Extension from vitacost and was getting the same results.

When I moved out of my moldy house and took cholestyramine to get the mold out...my brain fog went away and I no longer use the RNA.

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.

I think, in my case it was mold causing the intense brain fog because when I left and started detoxing using cholestyramine the brain fog got much better.

I also have Lyme and Bartonella... so maybe the mold just intensified the brain fog from these infections. I really don't know. Just my experience to go on.

I still have memory problems and difficulty with puzzles that used to be easy for me. Not sure if this is permanent damage.

The RNA helped to mask the brain fog for me when I was in the midst of it.

Hopefully others will chime in.

BTW, mold affects different people in different ways. So even though others are not sick in your home, don't rule it out. Especially if you spend a lot more time in the home due to sickness, you could be affected more. Just a possibility. My son and I were much more sick than others in the home because we were homebound with illness.
