i was going to ask this as well. I was given it and realised i don't even know what it's for. I figured lyme but then I saw some old blog where some girl said she was given it for Babesia.
I'm taking Tindamax and minocycline.
I guess it's just lyme.

Mr. Al: That would be very unusual to have just Lyme. That is seldome the case. What blood work have you had done for coinfections? What are you symptoms?

I think it also might treat C. Diff. (at least I think they use Flagyl, which is related to Tindamax, to treat C. Diff). I know it is used to treat giardia and some other parasites.

Someone posted a study a few days ago in which tindamax killed the cysts and also over 95% of the spirochetes -in vitro. It was the most effective drug according to the post. Look back a page or two to find it.

Just thought i'd throw in that when i started taking tindamax i started getting seven day cycles of headaches and such which is bab's. My llmd told me tindamax is anti protozoal which is what babesia is...probably hits parasites too.
