stupid question, where did people get there tendon pain the most, which part of your body? Could it be in the top of the shoulder's, or just the large tendon's.

my tendon pain is everywhere, even in my fingers.. but my achilles are the worst, probably cause they are used the most?.

I think it can be anywhere.

I find waving a red light gadget over the area helps to reduce the pain temporarily - it uses 660nm red light - they make them as single lights, three lights, and a multi-array of them.
