Not sure what to do! My gut tells be that abx are not the route for me. Took a couple rounds over winter short term and one of my major symptoms heart palps are gone. When first bite.. I had awful headaches, some strange anxeity, minor muscle pain in just a couple areas. Before any abx the headaches left me never to return. I'm left with some minor muscle pain in just a couple areas. I don't know what to do? Just live with it.. Or treat in a more holistic way? Help is much appreciated.

Are you on a regular exercise routine?

Do you take some supplements?

If you are not in major discomfort and can live with a good quality of life... I would continue exercising regularly, taking supplements as needed and eating healthy.

Heather, I'm just getting back to exercise. Taking it slow but keeping up with it on a daily basis. I eat pretty healthy and yes I'm taking the basic supps that DR. B recommends. Don't feel the need to overload with misc supps if there is no real benefit.

I would say keep up what you are doing... maybe the minor muscle pain might be FROM the exercise and not the Lyme?

Here is a good link that Bea (seibertneurolyme) posted:

It's about whether you are finished with treatment. I found it very helpful. Hopefully you do too!
