Okay, so I'm a few days past ovulation. I typically get the lower abdominal discomfort during that time, and I pretty much can identify and deal with it.
This month, the discomfort has not gone away. I still have that same kind of pain in my lower left abdomen.
What's different this time, is that it is also spreading intermittently up into the area under my ribcage.
It's also making me kind of nauseous because it feels like either my stomach is swelling or that something is swelling into my stomach.
I get hungry, but then as soon as I eat, I feel sick again--not truly nauseated, but just like I'm going to hurl it up because of pressure.
So I'm wondering if there's a way to tell if I have an ovarian cyst or if my spleen is swollen.

Oh, I've also been running a low grade fever for the past week or so.
And I've noticed that the pain pretty much goes away if I'm lying flat on my back, but if I sit up, especailly with my leg drawn up, the discomfort returns.
