I seemed to be tolerating Doxy/Mino OK, but whenever I introduce Zithro, I am worse than ever.

How long does the Zithro herx last for everyone? I'm trying to determine whether this is a true herx or just a bad reaction to the drug.

Sleep actually got slightly BETTER since taking it (5 hours in and out frequently is certainly better than zero), but I feel like wringing everyone's necks and running around the house screaming b/c it has me so agitated! Been on it 5 days now.

Also taking a detox powder "Detox 365"...has anyone had a herx-like reaction to detox supplements?

As always,
Much Thanks
KJ

Zithro gives me severe herxing and depression. I had some testing done by Genova Labs, and the erithromycin family is one I cannot detoxify well.

It may just be your body cannot handle it. Ask your LLMD for another medicine. I was on zith for two months and went crazy. I thought it would help with my myco infection. It initially did, but then stopped.

Thanks for the input. I didn't know you could be tested for stuff like that.
