i have very high cortisol levels. i went to LLMD and she reccomended Phos. Serine. Has anyone heard of this being used for that? i was previously taking an herbal formula that included ashwaganda, ginseng, b vitamins, and holy basil

i had cortisol craziness when all hell first broke loose. it returned to normal with treatment, or just over time. a couple months i think it was.

Yes, phosp serine is good to bring cortisol down at night. Take around 6 or 7pm
take the forula with ginseng and b vitamins in morning or afternoon
