My daughter has been Rifeing for 5 months now and was doing great!
Until, she was scheduled for an EMG test-it tests for muscle weakness and such. They put a needle in and stimulate the muscles to check on them.

My question is:Has anyone had this test and had a prolonged reaction to it?
My daughter is now in pain on her left side only-the side they prodded and it's been 4 days.

Anyone else experience this?

EMG's are not supposed to be painful or cause any long term pain or muscle irritation. Have you spoken to the doctor that performed the test?

My EMG was absolute torture. I will never go thru that again. Tears streamed from my eyes while going thru it. And, everything "appeared" normal. Sad part about it is I knew what I was in for as I had an EMG 2 years prior too and it hurt then just as bad. The MD swore I had carpal tunnel and I must have the test to confirm it (what a joke).

The pain last for 3 full days.

I pray she finds relief very soon!
