I am not hyper MCS but probably somewhat MCS. I am able to work in an office, but am bothered by the "air freshener" they put in the restrooms.
I bought an oxygen concentrator and used that with the ceramic mask and tubing that is a little better for those sensitive to plastics. Oxygen concentrators have no tank. They make air with high levels of oxygen just from the air. Mine was 97% oxygen. Be wary of cheaper ones that only do something like 30% oxygen. One key idea is to a get used one that has been reconditioned, so the machine has done a lot of the offgassing that it is going to do.

do you need the oxygen to breathe or do you use it as a therapy? Can you work with the ceramik mask, it is heavy?
