My pharmacy doesn't have an answer for me, so I wondered if anyone out there has advice about taking clonazepam with cognitive supplements?
I was taking a regimen of acetyl-L-carnitine and alpha-GPC, which seemed to be helping somewhat to reduce brain fog and assist memory function.
But since I haven't been sleeping, I went back on my occasional dose of 0.25mg clonazepam at nights to combat insomnia.
I will need to continue to use the clonazepam on an as-needed basis, until I can get back on track with my sleep problems.
I wonder if it is advisable to continue my supplements, in conjunction with the clonazepam? As for now, I stopped taking them to be on the safe side.
I just wondered if anyone has experience with this, and could offer their insight. Thanks!

Google clonazepam interactions with vitamin supplements. Also google the same thing using the specific supplement you take.
