Has anyone used this test for yeast/mold in the home? If so, did you feel it was accurate? What did you have to do for remediation?
I'm considering the test, but it's pricey and remediation sounds nearly impossible, so I'm not sure it's worth it.

I was told you can get the same test at EMSL for half the price. Try contacting them about the ERMI test: http://www.emsl.com
That being said, I used mycometrics and was off the scale for molds... followed up wit air testing and moisture testing (done by a professional) to find out where our problem areas were.
When you do the ERMI, it really doesn't tell you where to look. It just tells you whether there is a history of mold in the air/dust sample.
I have known people to get false negatives with all kinds of mold tests... so don't just trust a negative. No testing is 100%

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began. Posts: 2007 | From NY/VT Border | Registered: Aug 2010

I don't believe that Mycometrics was accurate, just my gut feeling since we had samples sent to both labs. Mycometrics had a higher ERMI count AFTER remediation was done. Something isn't right with their test. EMLAB had a lower count.
I had the ERMI done before remediation and after. I felt that EMLAB had more accurate results. I don't have an affliation with either lab.
