The doc wants me to start this one pill twice a day.
Does anyone know if you take it with food or not?
Is it ok to take at night or should I try for late afternoon?

Good supplement. It's supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. Try to take it in the morning and afternoon. If you take it late at night you may have a difficult time falling asleep.

I didn't know about the empty stomach....that is not very often.
