I recently switched to a new LLMD. The one I had before was rediculous. Only left me on biaxen and planequil for 9 months. didnt even try to treat my bartonella even tho I tested postive for it. Then she pretty much let me go by telling me she wanted to take me off antibiotics when i was still symptomatic and my CD-57 was still 21
OH MY!
Well anyways my new LLMD is fabulous. She is treating my bartonella. and she wants me to take Samento and Banderol
However she didnt tell me directions for taking them. how do I take them? DO I take them both at the same time? or do I rotate them? How many drops in total do I have to ramp up to? I'm confused PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU DO! THANKS!

Here was my schedule. I would do banderol in the morning, samento in the afternoon, banderol early evening and samento again late evening.
You should start very slow. One drop the first day at each time and see how you do. If no bad herx, then you can add another drop next time. My llmd told me the goal was to get to 30 drops of each 2 times per day. But again go slow.It took me weeks to get to 15 drops for example.
Here is the instructions for the condensed cowden protocol.

I take mine 30 minutes apart. I am going slow though... so right now only once a day started 2 drops each and working my way up to 20. Which I think will take me a while! I add in a small amount of water let it sit for 1 minute then I drink it. Doesn't taste like anything.
