Wreak with OCD, stress, was on Iv for years and my dad died two weeks ago. Doing herbal teas for over a year to keep immune system in balance, but not really killing Lyme, Bart. Doing igenix testing today for Lyme and Bart, those are the only ones I've been treated for. My antibiotics days are over, maybe if I have to restart, I'd do orals again. Was in remission till 11/09 and constant family issues including health started this up again. Dads leg amputation and complications causing him to pass a few weeks ago. Depersonalization so bad, on OCD Meds, not really doing much. Don't know which way to go for treatment.

Stress definitely flares things up. Sorry about your Dad, I lost mine recently-it's hard.
Hang in there

I can't say enough for healing modalities for stress and spirit.
I've been a caregiver for my son, 21, for years; he's been severely ill with Lyme and Co. for years. Just recently diagnosed myself, too, and started on abx.
I meditate, pray, do expressive arts, spend time alone in communion with myself, practice kindness.
A good start on meditation can be found in Jon Kabat Zinn's book FULL CATASTROPHE LIVING. It's very helpful.
May you know peace... Susie
