Where do you find a really good multi vitamin that is not huge? I have a hard time swallowing big pills, and all the multi's I have found are way too big.

The chewables either have aspartame in them or don't have all the extra's in them. I know I'm not the only one that can't swallow big pills.

Have you tried Centrum Silver? I have trouble with big pills too, but I can get that one down.

End Fatigue powder. It has all of the vitamin's and minerals and other good things needed for FMS/CFS. It was developed by "The" CFS Guru.

One scoop mixed in water daily, or in juice. EZ-PZ. :-) It's about $25/month at Super Supplements.

I chew the tablets anyway even though they aren't "flavored & sweetened."

Centrum Silver is what my doc recommended, but they are pretty big. Then I bought some womens one a day 50 plus and they are also huge.

I might try chewing them up like Razzle does. Yesterday I cut one into 4 pieces and then held each piece in my mouth to soften them up. UGH!

You would think they would figure out how to make them smaller. I will look into those other vitamins.

I take capsules from Pure Encapsulations. Nutrient 950's. They are a little big, but they go down easy. Only thing, I need to take 6 a day.
