Not sure if I spelled it right.. but just meet with my primary. Have not seen the guy in a good 6 months. He asked how things were going with the lyme. My response was low and slow. I told him I'm not into messing up my body more with lots of ABX. He agrees and also knows I have chemical sensitivity. Mentioned Cowdens protocol. Anyone here ever try it? If so what are your thoughts? Thank you.

Someone recently posted that they and their doctor were getting well using the protocol along with grapefruit seed extract. But, they didn't call it the Cowden Protocol, they just listed the herbs they were taking, which I recognized as Cowden.
You might do a search here listing the herbs and grapefruit seed extract. It will probably pop up and you could PM that person and see if you get more detail.
I'm using a few of Buhner's herbs which have helped.
