I took 400 mg per day from April to June. It was rough as my tinnitus and dizziness increased. My LLMD then had me drop to 200 mg and I have added zith. It is ok now

my daughter has taken it for about a month, up to 300 mg daily. Recently had to drop it down because she was feeling poorly. It's so hard for me to sort out whats causing what! Still taking 200 mg.

I took it for a year. I don't think it did much for me, except make me gain weight. I remember it made me nauseous, and also gave me a couple of itchy purplish spots on my skin.
