So since I have so many symptoms associated with the stomach I was wondering what everyone's opinion on parasite cleansing is.

What are the best one? Is there anything I should watch out for?

Suggest you do a search here on parasites - you will find mountains of information. If you
search my posts, you will certainly find many.

Good luck to you, Ahodge.

I use Ester C powder with bioflavinoids and I use Real Salt sea salt. I buy them at vitacost. You should ramp up slowly when doing salt/c.

I started with 1/4tsp sea salt and equal amount of 1/4 tsp ester C powder in a large glass of water. I ramped up 1/4 tsp at a time according to how I was herxing.

You should visit lymestrategies forum for more info because these are the people doing salt/c and other protocols.
