Thanks for reading this.

I've been basically symptom-free for almost 2 months now, but I'm still taking doxy twice a day. I'm planning on taking abx for at least another month.

Last night I skipped my dose of doxy because I was super tired and I didn't want to take the pill and then lie down right away. Plus I said: "I've been symptom-free for almost two months. This won't do anything to me." I continued taking my regular dosage in the morning.

Today it seemed that I was having Lyme symptoms in my legs again, because they were very sore and tired just like when I first got Lyme. I'm positive I didn't do any exercises or anything that would've made them like that, and I'm pretty sure it feels like my old Lyme symptoms.

Does it make sense to anyone that my symptoms would return after just one skipped dose like that, even though I've been symptom-free for so long?

Also, has anyone else had a similar experience?

THANKS!!

Bummer---but I've felt like that once or twice. Usually after a 2 or 3 dose miss.

That does not sound encouraging for you. Maybe it was anxiety. Maybe you're use to a big glass of water with your doxy and you were/are dehydrated.

I took my meds late yesterday morning and I started to feel like major cr@p, so I know the feeling. But, I have not been symptom free for more than one week's time so I don't know.

Here's hoping it was just a blip.
