Okay so I am gunna treat bart. should I try Levaquin or Rifampin
been on rif for a short period of time. I am worried about rif bc what if I need to stop bc of a herx I am very toxic what that cause resistance.

Levoquin is working GREAT for me! REally controls the mental BS that comes with bart.

I would try Levaquin or Factive first..see how you do. Be sure to load up on Magnesium and Vitamin C before.
If you start to have tendon pain (primarily achilles) then stop. I had some discomfort and "Chickened out"..and 2 days later had a massive flare which I attribute to Bart returning.
RIfampin is also good, but not as good. I also had a big flare from starting Rifampin. Take it with Zith and Doxy.
