I am wondering if any of you who take LDN at night also take binders (e.g., charcoal, bentonite, zeolite, welchol, cholestyramine, chitosan, microsilica, etc.)?
For several years I've taken binders at night to mop up while I sleep. Since starting LDN a few weeks ago, I've been wondering how/when to take my binders, since I don't want them to bind up the LDN...any ideas?
Thanks!!

I don't know but how is the LDN going? Maybe you could ask the doctor that prescribed it.

I am really happy with my trial of LDN so far, for the most part. I've been on 1.5mg/night for nearly 5 weeks. I tried to go up to 3, but got pretty bad stomach cramping. 1.5mg has given me increased energy, better mood, and more motivation for work.
On the downside, LDN seems to give me terrible yeast. I've always thrown a lot of different herbals - and sometimes meds - at yeast, but it's really difficult for me to knock it back while on LDN. Just this week I've added decent doses of iodine to my yeast protocol.
How's it going for you, nefferdun??
