When I get them mine are pretty bad... the kind that radiate down your arm!

Thanks God I don't get them that often anymore!

What worked for me was ACV (1 Tsp) mixed w/ 8 oz of warm water, and a tad of raw honey. Sip w/ a straw. Even my kids know to ask for this potion when they are gassy or have an upset stomach.

You can get them at the health food store.. the licorice lozenges. Some are sugar free or at least low sugar. I'll warn you that the sugar free are pretty yucky! [Smile]

There is a tea called "Throat Coat" that helps. It's for your throat, but my naturopath suggested it for my stomach. Works OK.

Also, you may need to ask your dr to switch you to Nexium. It works a lot better than Prilosec. Or you can take two prilosec a day.

the gumlets don't have much sugar (Solaray brand)

If there was sugar in it, it didn't bother me. Helped settle everything down during H. Pylori treatment.
