I know this sounds crazy, but I actually miss tofu from my vegan days.
Does anyone know if it causes yeast (I'm yeast sensitive)?

Eat tofu! It is a good source of protein and since it is fermented it is better than eating soy beans. I have tofu several times a week.
I make my own version of ricottia cheese with tofu instead of cheese. It actually tastes better than ricotta!
