Hi,

I thought the leg pain and weakness was more babs? I am on rifampin for bart. The leg pain is bad. I didn't think a herx was supposed to last this long. It is over 2 weeks. Is this normal?

Hi I don't know the answer but I'm also on Rifampin IV for Bart (which I tested positive for, neg for Babs). Anyway I have the legs pain/weakness and numbness too. It's much worse than when I was on Invanz. Today is exactly day 14 for me as well... so I am wondering the same thing!

The Anodyne machine I'm using is helping w/ the pain (but not the numbness). However, the relieve is NOT long lasting!! So I use the machine 2-3x/day! I am hoping that the more I use it over time the longer my relief will last? I don't know... I have only started this for 4 days so too early to tell if it's helping or not in the long run.
