Forgot to ask him if the diflucan will kill the white tongue or should i just take a few nystatin, let them dissolve on tongue.
any comments? the dr. is so hard to get a hold off. thanks.

Take both... or take the Nystatin after finishing the Diflucan.
Diflucan may or may not fix the white tongue. You have Nys PILLS?? I don't think it's safe to dissolve them.

For awhile, I was on both of them at the same time. But since then, I have been off and on one or the other with huge breaks. Some abx are harder to keep the candida in check than others, so I think that was a lot of the off on on time for me. Good luck.

Take the diflucan until you are rid of the yeast. Then, take the nystatin pills daily.
Nystatin pills help keep yeast infections away, but once you get one, they will not get rid of it. So, your pills are not wasted at all.
Follow Burrascano's instructions for getting rid of yeast in the mouth:
See page 34. You can use a 50-50 solution of peroxide and water to scrub your mouth. Then, rinse and open a probiotic capsule and sprinkle contents on the tongue. Allow to dissolve away and do not rinse out.
Do this every day until you don't have the white tongue in the morning.
