I wanted to post about this product since I've been taking it with great results.

After years of treatment, my digestive system is screwed. I can't tolerate dairy or wheat of any kind. I have very slow digestion and lots of gas and bloating.

After doing some research on how to rebuild the gut, I stumbled across information about butyrate, FOS and L-glutamine being useful. So, I looked for supplements containing some or all of these ingredients.

Well, I found parazyme and take two pills before or with each meal. My digestion is so much better!! I'm not holding onto the weight like I was before. I'm actually losing some of my excess with little effort. The digestion is better and the bloating is WAY, WAY better.

Now, I have to take it with each meal for the effects but it is well worth it. I've tried many digestive enzymes but this one by far, has given me the best results.

I'm still testing it out with dairy to see if it helps with that or not but LLMD wants me off that anyway. In any case, I was having a hard time digesting most everything.

This supplement is also supposed to treat parasites but I'm not using it for that since I feel that herbals don't work well for parasites. If they are, then that's a bonus!

Also, these aren't too expensive!

It does contain dairy though. I'm looking for something similar. My chiro told me yesterday he has a product that will work for me. I'll pick it up tomorrow.

I just found out that dairy is NO-GO for me too.

I'm not supposed to have dairy either but these work so well...I'm sticking with it. I can't imagine it's enough dairy to be a problem.

What did your Dr give you?

blinkie.. I won't know until tomorrow morning what he has. He told me on the phone that he had something that might work and is dairy and gluten free.

My doctor gave me "Zymex" by Standard Process.

It says "proprietary blend" .. but he checked all the ingredients for me.

I know it contains almond, fig, papain, bromelain, amylase, and lipase.
