Newbies and those who just don't realize it... It is VERY DIFFICULT for Lyme patients to read large blocks of print.
For example: ( I borrowed this from a very old post as an example here. )

I just spend an hour visit with my Lyme Doctor in CT about two weeks ago and got re-tested for Lyme, but also got tested for Bartonella. A week later, I got both tests back from the Igenics and found out they were both positive. In addition to that, my PCR is also positive, which is very suspicious because they found the lyme present in my bloodstream. At first, I didn't belive that these tests were infalliable, but when I called up my doctor, he said that the PCR tests are 100% accurate. And this is current. I haven't been on any medication for the past [confused] two months. I was supposed to take ceftin, but I had another problem. Candida. I got tested positive for that back in May of 2005. So I stopped the medication all together to get rid of the candida first. I went on a simple yeast diet and took Nystatin twice daily. I feel better now, not so depressed anymore. However, the yeast infection is still there, but not as bad as it used to be. I don't feel depressed, moody, or dysfunctional like I used to. Because I have such a strong immune system, the only symptom I have been getting is the tingling in my feet and my fingers. I don't know if that's the lyme or the bartonella. I don't know what to do, because I really don't believe this test, and if I don't have it, it would be futile taking drugs. But on the other hand, if I do have it, it would be ignorant to avoid it. I don't want this to ruin my life. I was thinking about getting tested at another lab to see if I come up positive as well. If I do, then I will consider taking what my doctor perscribed me to take to get rid of the Bartonella. Does anyone have any suggestions, whether I should just start the meds or get tested at another lab first to see if there's any difference?

You know, when I was sick, it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to read large blocks of print!!!
Now it's just annoying. It's not simple for anyone to read when it's all a big block .... much easier to read it broken up.

If this is a real post, rather than an example, you might want to copy and paste to a new thread so that it gets the attention it deserves.
For me (and maybe others) there is just something about more than 3 lines and then it all turns to a see of grey swirls. Three lines seems just about right but if it reaches beyond 3.5 - it's the different between night and day.
As for wonder if there are too many paragraphs, scrolling down works well to block off the top or the bottom.
The whole page can be made smaller, too, so that only part of it appears.
One can enlarge type but that does no good as it does not offer white space needed to set it apart.
Oddly, I also find that I can't handle two questions or two separate points in the same paragraph, even if short. My brain just gets overwhelmed.
So, I just stroll on by if I can't read or comprehend. -

I did this when I first started posting on Lymenet. I just didn't know people with Lyme having various neurological problems could not read large blocks of text.

Ok, ok - at least, D&C, I know you meant giving me the bird in a positive sense - it could fly back and forth at some point, if you want - needs to be coordinated with our schedules - but since we're in the same state, shouldn't be too difficult a flight experience -
